DRM’s mission has been the construction, operation and continued refinement of a Managed Care Compliance model that achieves the maximum level of precise automated processing of managed care patient accounts, including claim appeals, thereby making collection of smaller balance accounts profitable and creating increased economic performance for healthcare providers. Even though all of our customers usually have their own contract audit system, DRM’s model finds underpayments and regulatory violations (penalties) that are often missed by other contract audit systems.
